The VPS Group is made up of different legal entities in the UK and in France, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Italy and Republic of Ireland. This privacy notice applies to all of VPS’s subsidiaries in the United Kingdom and the other countries in Europe in which it operates, including VPS (UK) Limited, Evander Glazing and Locks Limited and Redfields Landscaping & Design Limited in the UK, so when we mention “VPS” or “we”, “us” or “our”, we are referring to the relevant company in the VPS Group responsible for processing your information. VPS Holdings Limited is the controller and responsible for this website.

2. What information do we collect?
This website is published by DDME on behalf of VPS. Neither VPS nor DDME (“we”) will collect any information about individuals using this website or our services, except where it is specifically and knowingly provided by them, or as otherwise explained in this privacy notice.
We will collect information about you that you give us by filling in forms on our website (including the “contact us” form), requesting or obtaining a quote, or by corresponding with us, whether by phone, email or otherwise. We will also collect information that you provide when you register to use our website, search for a product or services, or report a problem with our website.
